Unfortunately, cannot enjoy this beverage as it is non-vegetarian. Probably the only non-veg item that I do have a craving for.

Any wine in Y is syrup at best, poison most often. I'd rather go dry than drink Jackson-Triggs, thanks. Wines in J tend to be mildly drinkable, if nothing to write home about.

+3 Their Malbec is God awful.

I'm a big fan of the Drappier, had a bottle or more in each direction to HKG last fall. Waking up with 4 hours to go in the flight and a hangover is less than fun.

Domestically, the beer and wine are terrible. So its either CR or dark rum all the way for me.

Last fall the had an Okanagan cab/sauv? That was quite nice. I believe it was from a small winery in Oliver? I also may be the only person who doesn't really mind the malbec. These days I am finding that a $15 bottle of malice is my goto wine for a standard table wine.

Worst? The lack of anything I would consider to be beer in the YVR MLLs. Vancouver is home to some fantastic brews, yet all we get is yellow colored water from back east.

What's the problem with Malbec? Are you complaining about AC's specific Malbec choices, or are you just looking for something lighter, like a Pinot Noir?

There are almost always two or more red wine choices anyway, so just leave the Malbecs for those of us who appreciate a wine with some backbone!

I can't believe I'm only the second one to appreciate the Guinness in the MLL.

Other than that I really hate anything passed of as "scotch" in J.

Not even a cheap single malt - my world for a nice Macallan or a Lagavulin (or another Islay malt)

An Ardbeg or Caol Ila would be most welcome.
