Award ticket search now shows Star Alliance flights
I just went onto the A3 website to check availability to use a seat upgrade coupon and got excited as the first screen showed me seats available........I then clicked through to the next screen and saw that they weren't on the A3 flight but rather on Star Alliance partners (including connecting flights). While this is obviously very disappointing in this specific case for my upgrade, it's a great new feature on the A3 site in my opinion, as it means *A partner awards can now be booked online! I have only tried it out for this one route at the moment, which is a route that A3 fly so I'm not sure if it would work for routes that they don't fly, and I don't want to test it for the moment in case it goes through the old manual system. Even if it is limited to routes that A3 fly, it's still a very good development in my opinion.

Well, it does not let you do a search unless you have enough miles. And the agent yesterday did not tell me this or else I would have saved the 40 Euros she charged me. This is not good as well they did not send any email alerts about this new functionality online.

Very nice! No need for the 20 euro booking fee anymore! Some remarks:
- it seems that mixed cabin bookings get priced per leg (so Biz+Eco costs more miles than Biz+Biz :/)
- it would be nice to be able to select beforehand the class
- it would be nice to only see flights with availability
And: I have no clue how to find first class flights...

More than 2 stopovers gets charged per segment even if the stopover is less than 24 hours. Mixed cabins allowed but pay per segment mileage, example, one way ticket, 25000 + 15000.
Another issue is no search allowed if you don't have the minimum number of miles.

Excellent news! Let's hope that the next change will be to increase the number of flights permitted on an award ticket to something more reasonable (and common?), like 4 each way. And, maybe, just maybe, A3 will start allowing free stopovers too!

Yes A3 keeps getting better but where is the Communique for customers to let them now that the search is now available online?

This is amazing! Lots of availability as well.
The only thing that they should change is replace the 'submit' button with a 'search' button. As in the past this form would directly submit your request, it is a little scary to press submit now (when youre just searching!)
