When crediting to Aegean, the Aegean rules apply. In this case, for Thai J class, the total earnings is 200%. Or, 100% plus 100% class of service bonus.
In the screenshot it shows a total of 300% earnings, or, 100% plus 200% class of service bonus. Unfortunately this is not how it works, the total earnings will be 200%. Which, for ZRH-KUL is ~12.458 miles at 200%.
Won't you have a chance to fly Aegean this year? It would drastically reduce the amount of miles needed to requalify

Well I am using webflyer and milecalc and both say about the same but milecalc is more generous with the 200% bonus;
So how does one use either one of these sites for calculation?
Mileage Summary
O/W
Flight Miles 9516
Booking Class Bonus 19032
Trip Total 28548

This is not how it works nowadays. The 200% is the total earnings, thus, in order to use that website you will need to subtract the 100% base miles from the percentage. In this case that means that the base miles is 100% and class of service bonus is 100% (together that equals the 200% earnings). When you fill that into the website it shows the correct result:
This is also the reason that milecalc allows to enter a negative percentage. They assume 100% base miles, however nowadays some fares only earn 50% in total for economy! Therefore that can be seen as a NEGATIVE 50% class of service bonus (you get less miles for flying economy, rather than extra miles for flying business). The formula is the same: Total earning percentage minus 100% base miles (50% - 100% = -50%).

Both websites are built on the (old) American model where every fare always earns 100% base miles, and in some cases a class of service bonus.

Xandrios did you include KUL-BKK-ZRH in your calcs? I now understand that its only 100+100 and not triple.

With BKK in the mix it changes slightly, but not much. Keep in mind that this is only valid if ZRH-BKK and BKK-KUL are separate flights (with different flight numbers). Also, the miles shown on this page are an indication, and there may be a few percent difference between the numbers here and what will be actually credited.

You are the first person to report receiving a new card immediately after requalification. Everyone else has had to wait until just before the expiry of the old card.
Whether this marks a change in A3's MO, or is just some fluke (for reasons I speculated on above) remains to be seen.

my wife just re-quailified in the current year after 2 long haul flgts , online a/c now shows status through 23/11/2018 & card just updated in the apple wallet.
Interested to see than if they post updated card now or wait till after November this year not that it matters with the exp date on the phone now.

My "new" card also arrived on time. I would say around 4 weeks after requalification (with X-Mas in between)...

MY card also arrived this week. My year resets 04/17 so well before that I will requalify in 5/2017 so early in my year, lets see if they resend the new card immediately

I don't think they re-send immediately after early re-qualification. I re-qualified something like 6-7 months before the end of my year, but was one of the last FTers to receive the new card. In any case, let us know what happens.

After so may months with so many intelligent FTers, posting the code on the letter, has finally anybody understood what this means? No! and has anybody understood why this is being reported? No!
