Card received!
Gold upgrade credited to account on 3 Aug, received card 2 Nov. I live in New Zealand, so I sat patiently, almost wanting to log a lost card but glad I didn't. Good as gold!

This could be interesting if LH buys TK as is being discussed. One could end up with SEN status for few miles, although maintaining *Gold through LH is tough. Something else to consider is using the once in a lifetime status match privilege before the life of the airline ends, if it does.

Exactly 6 weeks after my card upgrade, the mail box welcomed me today with my A3 Gold Card.

Upgraded on Sept 12. Still awaiting my A3 gold card in southern USA. 
Apparently even those in Asia upgraded in September have already received their cards. At what point should I call Greece about a Lost Card?

If your status changed to Gold on September 12th, you almost surely missed the cutoff for cards printed in September. Assuming that your card was manufactured for you in October, now is too soon to worry or contact A3. I would give it another month at least as surface mail from Europe to the USA can take surprisingly long. Sorry.

It usually takes a month and a half or so after the cutoff for cards to arrive.
If you qualified in September, then you should expect your card in early to mid November. If you don't get it by the end of November, definitely use the "lost card" function.
