For the past 3 or 4 days now, http://e-ticket.aegeanair.com has been down, meaning that it is impossible to book (or, as I am trying to do, research) reward tickets online. Has nobody else (even Aegean) noticed???

I had similar problems a couple of weeks ago when I used Chrome. I solved the problem by switching to Firefox.

Yes, subject to award space availability (see below) and the 20 euro change fee. You have to call in.
Best approach would have been to call in once you did your research (research like that I mention below). Maybe next time.
"Sold out", and "No award space" are two different things. SQ is known to fly almost empty cabins instead of flooding it with award redeemers.
Furthermore, award space availability on SQ depends on the aircraft used. SQ rarely (not never) releases business class/first class on 77W (777-ER), A350, A380 operated flights to star alliance members for redemption (like A3).
As you can see on the daily flight roster on a random date, only SQ890, SQ 872 or SQ868 are flown by aircraft besides the blocked models.
Check if you can get award space on either of these three.
By the way, afternoon flights from SIN to HKG are popular with HKG business men getting back home, so there is usually poor award space availability.

Is it correct that there is only this "Award Ticket Confirmation" e-mail but no real e-ticket receipt, at least not automatically send to me? Ticket numbers are there and everything is fine, but with other airlines, I usually get a pdf or something per pax, stating all taxes and fees separately.

I tried a few times to book an award flight today (PNH - BKK - HKG + HKG - BKK - PNH). After selecting the flights, I always got redirected to the starting page and it showed an error message. I tried on the website and in the app, with the same result.
Does anybody have the same problem?
Update: the problem got solved. The site works again.

Site worked brilliantly for Surabaya-Singapore-Manila on SQ, (A330 + their relatively new B787-100 fitted with the new regional business class product).
A steal at 21,000 miles + 16.42 EUR.
Interestingly, when checking similar options from Jakarta (CGK) there were no problems even with routings through such faraway airports like PEK on Air China for the same amount of miles (CGK-PEK is 7+ hours alone!).

Checked UA and saw HKG to CPT via SIN on SQ in Y available. I then checked A3's availability and it was not available, but I saw availability when I searched each segment (HKG to SIN, SIN to CPT) separately. What's the issue here? I tried doing this over the phone, but they didn't see the availability. Do I have to feed each segment separately to them over the phone? Much rather take SQ to CPT in Y rather than CA in J.

I'm currently looking for something like DPS-HND but with no success so far
