PS Even stranger: the price for the taxes I quoted is through FCO (AZ), the only LH itin has taxes of 138.29 € according to ita matrix.

I do not have enough Miles & More miles for booking a business class trip. Hence I cannot confirm that what has been indicated by LH regarding taxes (in the above screenshot) is what actually one would be asked to pay in the screens that follow in order to conclude the award seat booking. I guess that this would be the amount, however I cannot confirm that from my side.
On the other hand the amount of EUR 123 that was quoted to me by Aegean's agent sounds more "logical" to me for two flights.

Searching results of website and call center are same?
On the web, I cannot find any LH, ANA long haul business class tickets, however, last year, I got an award tickets of ANA C class NRT/DUS via call center(at that time, no web booking system). Also Asiana C class FRA/ICN too.

I have easily found business class space on ANA Tokyo-Los Angeles (NH176) on 8th February, even found first class on 11th February on the same flight.
I have also easily found business class space on LH Munich-Chicago (LH434) on 8th February, even found first class on 9th February on the same flight.
So, I conclude the website is working fine.
Note that you need the required number of miles before you can actually see results. It is the way the webpage is set up.
Search results found on the website and call center should be the same. Of course nobody guarantees that.

I currently have over 90,000 miles on A3 enough for a RT to Europe from Asia
I'd like to use those miles for the following flights on TK. I've read that you can have a stopover on award tickets provided the final destination is in the same region.

ACC-JNB in SA J, next week, one way - 21k miles plus eur 218 (matches ITA exactly). Good value for a six hour flight on the new A333.

yua yua - I have a sense that for ANA they parallel JAL and only offer economy seats for awards domestically. Even if the legs form part of an international itinerary. The whole ticket is handled as C on JL incl domestic leg. No lounge facilities offered when catching the Y flight. Recent example HKG-FUK (CX) - FUK-CTS (JL) - CTS-HKG (CX).
