I managed to book GRU-PTY-HAV with Copa - has been ticketed by Aegean, but am not able to find the booking on the Copa website or select my seats.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Then I wouldn't worry (much 
). Most probably Copa uses a PNR that is different from that of A3. What you could do is call A3 and ask them for Copa's PNR if you want to check their site. When I booked a number of award flights on both Copa and Avianca a few years back, absolutely everything was OK, including getting email messages from Copa for a 5 minutes change of schedule!

Sorry if this should be obvious, but if you book a return award, can you change the inbound after flying the outbound?
The rules speak vaguely of "the flight" ("up to 30 minutes before flight’s departure time") when changing the ticket, but it's unclear if this is the first flight of the ticket, or any flight you might want to change.
I could just book 2 x one ways, I guess.

Award redemption Far East region
Successfully booked October trip BKK-SIN-KIX with Singapore Airlines both leg in new B787-10 in C. Same booking KIX-BKK with Thai Airways (relatively new) A350-900 in C. 84000 miles and €162 for 2 pax.

A question about Star Alliance upgrade awards: in the Miles&Bonus terms and conditions it says: "Each Star Alliance Upgrade Award request is for max.4 passengers and 2 flight segment per Miles+Bonus Account.". What does this mean? I can pay for one upgrade award to upgrade up to four passengers (i.e., I pay 1x 50k miles to upgrade EU-Far east Y->C)? Or that if multiple persons are on one ticket, there can be at most 4 passengers upgraded in one request (i.e., I pay 4x 50k miles to upgrade EU-Far east Y->C)?
