Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan MGallery Collection
Platinum.
Nothing...
But I have to say they are quite generous with other benefits. Booked one room with Stay Plus, and another room paid (peak period so paid pretty much double the price to normal period) for the most basic rooms. Both rooms got upgraded to 17fl with access to Club La Boutique from 16:30 - 18:30 at their SpeakEasy Roof Top Bar. Every benefits extended to the second room (room upgrade, drink vouchers, etc), so that is something. Happy enough

Novotel Leuven Centrum
A lightweight (aluminium) key ring / bottle opener, some sticky notes and some page markers from the Novotel Leuven Centrum. Oh, and a couple of boiled sweets :
This isn't a gift I'd want to receive again and again, but it's actually nicer and more useful than the sad plates of 'sweet treats' often encountered in hotels higher in the Accor pecking order.

"Oh darn we haven't prepared any welcome gift, what should we do!?"
*frantically rumbling through stationary room and found some post-it and bottle opener*
"Here I got a couple of candies in my pocket, let's throw them all in"
*Phew*
