I received my bonus points for my second and third stays at the same as the regular points and nights were posted. My bonus points for my first stay took about two weeks to post, but they arrived a couple days ago.
I did not get the bonus points either.
I contacted Accor CS, whose reply is "Due to a technical problem related to this offer, our dedicated service has been solicited and is currently in the process of regularizing the situation"...

2 weeks after my first stay and still wainting for the points.
is that why it's still not posted my bonus points then gibertaue you think? I've raised a ticket last week and only on tuesday they were still looking into my missing bonus points...

I'd assume so. Hold off for another two weeks or so.

Ok thanks for that. It's a shame they dont tell us that on the support emails, instead just get a bland response which makes it more frustrating when dealing with customer service.
