I can confirm you that All Mövenpick properties in Sri Lanka but also in China, Maldives, Philippines, Thaïland and Vietnam are not participating in the Loyalty programme.

Why then even add the brand? We were given to understand that finally ALL brands would participate. Do Accor really find it normal to have such sweeping exclusions for a programme ironically called ALL and calling it limitless to top it off. The more I read the more I see limits everywhere. Much worse than before..

I don't think different IT system is the real reason behind this. There are so many hotels had rebranded (including changing their system) without issue, I don't see why some movenpick can't implement accor system like others did.
