I can confirm you that All Mövenpick properties in Sri Lanka but also in China, Maldives, Philippines, Thaïland and Vietnam are not participating in the Loyalty programme.
You can find the brands and hotels not participating here.

With my best regards,
Amy
Why then even add the brand? We were given to understand that finally ALL brands would participate. Do Accor really find it normal to have such sweeping exclusions for a programme ironically called ALL and calling it limitless to top it off. The more I read the more I see limits everywhere. Much worse than before..

Yes maybe but even the most loyal Accor member, and I cannot be accused of not being one, will find this whole thing a bit of a mess, no?

Accor COMPLETED the acquisition of Movenpick in September 2018. They have had over a year to figure out the loyalty component and to bring the entire brand into the program with consistency across the world.

Out of those four, cornelis may be the greatest hurdle, closely followed by greetings.

Yes, but both work on greatly different IT systems and there were some other matters to go through.

Just be patient for awhile (not long).

I don't think different IT system is the real reason behind this. There are so many hotels had rebranded (including changing their system) without issue, I don't see why some movenpick can't implement accor system like others did.

The MOEVENPICK I was at worked on Accor's system. Plus Accor itself has a few different systems going on themselves.
