Hello everyone,
Thanks to your feedbacks, we have contacted the MGallery Pompei hotel and fixed the issue. It is now possible to use the Suite Night Upgrade Benefit: Suites are available at the Superior rooms prices. Kind regards, Amy |

I plan to visit Napoli next november and I tried to use SNU for one booking (It is almost impossible to use SNU in France).
I knew that booking with SNU is only possible on phone, but I first check the rates on Accor's website. For MGallery Habita79 Hotel and Spa Pompeii, I found only 2 types of bookable rooms : https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...50d7505a30.jpg Superior room : 316€ flexible rate with breakfast Junio Suite : 487€ flexible rate with breakfast It may not be the best use for my SNU, but I think this trip will be the only one where I can use SNU before the end of the year. So I called Accor to use my SNU and I hoped to book a superior room rate https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...acffa64df1.jpg The best rate I was given was 354€ (flexible rate with breakfast). When I said I could book a room for 316€ on Accor's website, I was told that 316€ was for a superior room, and that I needed to book a Deluxe room (354€) to use SNU... No deluxe rooms are available for the moment at MGallery Habita79 whatever the date... MGallery Habita79 just opened and only superior room or junior suite are bookable until end 2021.... So If I want to use SNU at MGallery Habita79, I need to book a rate that doesn't exist... This first attempt does not really give me the impression that SNUs are easy to use nor really worth much...

Kind regards, Amy It's funny because I booked this afternoon a room using SNU at this new MGallery in Pompei, before seeing Amy's response. I have to say that the request was very well handled by the Customer Service for this booking. I can confirm I booked a Junior suite for the price of the cheapest room category (Superior room). Deluxe room, the intermediate category between Superior and Junior suite was bookable on the website, to answer nrouxel's comment above. Now I just hope that this stay with SNU will actually happen, as this is my 4th booking with SNUs and all previous attempts had to be cancelled because of Covid travel restrictions. |

I was in contact with the hotel who offered me an upgrade to a suite instead of a junior suite (only the junior suite could be booked with the reservation office) but the rate is still Deluxe room rate (which was fine for me before Goldorak got a lower rate !) The hotel told me they had technical issues with the reservation system, and now all rooms would be bookable (I checked this morning and it is indeed the case) |

Stay Safe everyone and Hi to Amy; |
Wanted to use my Suite Night Upgrades in the Trouville Hôtel Thalasso !!!
I called them to reserve 2 rooms + upgrade But no, all suite are blocked until august 20th for upgrade. I've call the hotel, they can upgrade one room ! Thanks https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...6548cf7534.png bad... |
I have just made 2 new bookings for the next months with SNU (hoping that the stays will happen of course - you never know in those challenging times) and, although it would be nice to have an on-line system to use them, the current system with the call center is not bad at all IMHO. When you look at the available hotels with SNU on the website, you can use the call back system and they call you always immediately and you just book with the agent and receive the confirmation by email instantly.

Hi Guys,
Does anyone have experience with SNU at Fairmont Abu Dhabi ? I used my first SNUs for bookings in December (going to the F1 GP), at the fairmont, and the reservation line booked a smoking suite. I've asked the hotel if they are able to correct it, since the support of Accor hasn't reached back to me in the last week. The hotel replied fast, but I don't understand their reply: Thank you for your email and inquiry. Further to your email please be noted that all our one bedrooms suits under the smoking option. We have placed a request for Non-smoking request that my team can be aware of. |

Where is the procedure fully explained ? i havent seen anything on accor website (or maybe i missed it) There is no way to view rates online. You just have to call ALL, and ask to check rates using your SNUs. The SNUs must be earned and available in your account at the time of booking, and they must have an expiry date after the date of your stay. Once you book, the SNUs will be depleted from your available SNUs in your account management page. If you cancel the booking, then the SNUs will be returned to your account, to be used again against a new booking. |
New update of the SNU exclusion list dated 28 July 2021:

- Australia : Fairmont Resort & Spa Blue Mountains - MGallery (satellite note : 1st time I see both Fairmont & MGallery in the name of a hotel) As if 38 brands isn't confusing enough, don't give Accor any ideas about attaching two brands to a property, to make hybrid brands! |
