Your current status:
of my stays in China.
Status platinum
You're this close to a status upgrade :100 %14 501 / 14 501 Status points or 35 / 60 nights
I am surprised apart from the Fairmont group members I seem to be one of the highest spenders (per night) and I have mostof my stays in China.
I did stay at fairmont once though
Fairmont and Raffles stays definitely skew the averages.
would be interesting to see next year status points tally once Banyan Tree joins LCAH

I still have 1 night to be credited before end of the year. So I will be at 63 nights and about 29,000 status points for 2018. Plat renewed

1170/14000 points and 3/60 nights, I will soft land to Gold next year
Didn't travel as much as I used to since I moved to North America in mid 2017, and very few Accor properties around here (it's a bit better now that the merger with Fairmont is relevant from a status point of view)

7232 status points, 28 nights, got gold back.
Last stay had 925 points and 2 nights booked, the points did the trick.
Have 2 nights booked for 30 dec, check out 1st, thus will credit to 2019, which is good,

33 nights and 26,138 status points - so overshot by miles (all leisure spend btw).
What took me well over the 14000 was making a booking for accompanying travelling companions and collecting their SPs (they were happy to be guested into lounge and with upgrade)
and similarly a family booking. I've now been Plat since it came with Amex Plat (2013?). Accor is my "go to" hotel group and I have found them excellent in Asia Pacific and have rarely been disappointed
by sticking to Sofitel and Pullman.
