Success!

I initiated automatic transfer on 2013.02.04. Sometime within the last 3 days, the correct number of Avios (2.5x) posted to my Iberia Plus account. Looks like the Avios are flowing again!

I've just simultanously received the Avios on my IB Plus account for the last 2 transfers I performed four and two weeks ago respectively so seems that problem is solved.

I also have my points today. Those that were transferred just two days ago too.

Yes. My points left Accor on 10 January via automatic transfer and the IB Avios credit is showing today for the first time (also with date 10 January).

Only possible to transfer multiple of 3000 Accor points? I have 9600 Accor points now and only want to transfer 8000 points. No way to do this??

See here

By the way, the last transfer happened yesterday evening, it seems it's not weekly transfer now. I'm probably done with this, but hope any transfers until 28 February credit correctly.

Thank you Neuromancer. I was a bit disappointed I couldn't take advantage of the current beneficial Iberia transfer rate with the 2780 Le Club points I've got over the last 3 stays (due to there being a 3000 point minimum for transfer.)

I tried the step in the post you quoted yesterday, and I have an email this morning confirming that the transfer has been pushed through at the 2 points for 5 Avios rate!

Thank you very much!

Chris

Thank you!! neuromancer!
I saw your post today and followed procedures. But I am not sure whether I am eligible for current transfer rate(2.5:1). If auto transfer happens tomorrow morning, Miles will not be credited correctly. I should have seen this post earlier.

Anyway, thank you very much for your valuable information.

Well, I did the automatic transfer to Iberia yesterday to take advantage of the old conversion rate, however, I received an email this morning with the transfer details stating that the transfer date was today and applying the new rate (2000 Le Club-2000 Iberia).

I suppose it’s my fault for leaving it to the very last day. The thing is that it is going to be difficult for me to prove that I did indeed action the transfer yesterday.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Understand your frustration...

Point in case: You did not transfer manually yesterday, instead you requested Accor yesterday to issue the transfer automatically on their next batch, which has always ocurred after midnight in Europe, thus March, 1st.

Both you and Accor have followed the rules, nothing else to be expected, in my view.

Cheers

This is still working if anyone is interested in forcing some points through.
