Hi ironfire,
I can see why you think transfers can take so long to be completed but verifications must be done by both parties first before authorizing the transfer. And this bilateral communication takes an important amount of time as well as avoids mistakes to be made.
I apologize for the long waiting time you guys are facing for your points to be transferred.
All the best,
Nathan

With all due respect we do understand this. BUT regular transfers in 99% of other programs are not that timeconsuing. However even more important is that here there was a renewal of a working transfer option.
It should at least be possible to have the same processing routines as have been in place for ages, no?

It used to take less than a week before with Le Club to Iberia. I'm sure these 6 weeks are just a buffer time to cover any irregularities.
Anyway, I trust that after 6 weeks have passed without points posting, Nathan will help us get the points at the correct rate, and not the new rate, please?
Thanks in advance!

I set up auto transfer 2 days ago, got e-mail conf, but points still not pulled. I know you guys are waiting for it to post to IB, but how long time did it take before the points were deducted on Accor?

If signed agreement between Accor/Iberia states x number of weeks for points to be deposited on Iberia's account, then only after these weeks have elapsed can both the customer and Accor request Iberia to explain the delay.
SPG & Lan have had these issues and there is nothing SPG could do until the agreed period has elapsed.
The marketing e-mail Accor sent this morning has a banner informing the new ratio from March/1st: 3,000 Accor = 3,000 Avios

Iberia Plus partner changes
For the auto transfer, it leaves your account at 8an uk time everyday. It appears in ib every Tuesday (maybe Wednesday) for all the transfer done up to the day before.

Yes, the same, an auto transfer, vanished from the account with an email confirming the transfer....still waiting 2 weeks later, they used to go though in 3 days or so as I recall. I'll be very annoyed if nothing happens till March 1 and we get the new(lower) rate.....
