I'm at the LeClub AccorHotels website and under current offers, I am trying to look at the New hotels but everytime I click the link, it says 404 not found. amy, could you please assist.
this is the link i search from my browsing history, this is a working link, https://www.accorhotels.com/gb/leclu...tml?xtor=AL-40 |
Seems like my booking yesterday has not been registered in My bookings, though it even was done via Accor.com. And my stay last week is not listed in Past bookings, though credited with points.
|
Looks like they now have issues with credit card information. Recently I've had two hotels emailing me, asking for credit card details they haven't received because of technical problems. The first room I canceled, the second booking is for today, so let's see what happens when I arrive at the hotel.
|
It now seems likely (can't be 100% sure due to a lack of responsiveness from anyone at Accor) the the lack of last day breakfasts issue is a web site error.
I made a bed & breakfast booking over the phone (because the web site wouldn't accept Amex for the property I was booking) and the confirmation email correctly showed free breakfast every day, whereas the Accor web site had been displaying free breakfast for all but the last day, before I gave up on account of the Amex problem. |
I think the all.accor.com website is acting up again - it takes MINUTES to load pre (even general info surfing) and post login - while every other web page I surf on is pretty much instantaneous.... Therefore likely a specific accor page problem (no changes in any login scenarios/UN/PW); used on different browsers (3) AND different computers (3) AND OSs (2) - therefore, I have tried on EIGHTEEN different combination platforms and the only thing that is the same is the slow accor website.
Amy/AccorHotels Concierge - can you have IT look at this? Merci/thanks! |

Went to sign up for the Ibis Business in hopes that Gold gets me early check-in for an upcoming trip when I’m coming off an early arriving transatlantic flight.
1. Enter AmEx credit card information and submit 2. Get push notification form AmEx that the charge went through 3. Get message on the screen that card was rejected and to try again 4. Try to sign up for Ibis Business and am told my membership is current when I enter my e-mail address 5. Go to AmEx web site and Ibis Business charge is showing as pending 6. Check e-mail and there’s a ‘welcome to Ibis Business’ email and receipt for the program 7. Log out of Accor account and log back in to see I’ve gone from Silver to Gold through 12/31/2024 (went for the two year membership figuring it might be useful next year too) So can I assume my card was not rejected for payment after all? |

However, you can assume as well that it was indeed rejected and Accor infamous IT did not process this properly. Another possibility is that Amex IT screwed up.... What is it showing now? Still pending? |

I do have an email receipt that says paid and am still Gold this morning.

I’ve now reached the point of Schrodinger’s Ibis Business card, which both expired on 3/4/23 and is valid through 3/31/25 on successive lines of my account information page. My e-Rewards redemptions are also not posting overnight like they usually are, possibly due to Accor’s ‘quirky’ decision to change account numbers with a status change.
