I have a problem submitting a request for points after stay. I managed to do this a few days ago, but then only gave them the booking numbers, not knowing that they need the paid invoice. Ok. so i want to try again.
I fill in the form, and after adding the file, the 'Submit' button results in the page simply scrolling up, not submitting the request. I tried this with: a) Firefox Mac, b) Safari Mac, c) Google Chrome Mac all the same results. One thing I notices is that after I submit the Telephone number field (which had my phone number filled in) changed to say 'Telephone' after. I also tried the same with PNG and JPG files. Yes I made sure the file sizes are below the stated limits. It's always the same issue: Submit scrolls up, no submission and *no error message* very fustrating Does anyone have a solution for this? |

I have this same problem, and the hotel's system is down (it's a new Accor hotel, who knows how long it might take for it to work)...I can only find a phone number for reservations. Has anyone found a phone number for support / customer service? Thanks

It looks like not all regions have been updates to the new website. Either that, or just inconsistency. Yesterday I booked a hotel in France. New room selection concentina and the ability to add a credit card to my account.
Today I booked a hotel in India. Old format and a message saying that although I had a credit card on file, that function is not working yet. It certainly looks like a bit of a mess, IT-wise. CT |

I can log in etc, but looking for availability just hangs

The Report Missing Points form on the website is still not working. I did, however, contact an extremely helpful customer care representative by phone and had it all sorted out in under ten minutes.

All seems well now! I could not log in yesterday (as others noted) but, today, the website took me directly to my account.

Cannot login anymore as well, saying login or password is incorrect. Not sure what is going on, again, but this is really annoying.

These days is pretty bad. Another thing: I made a booking 2-3 days ago. It still doesn't show up in my account (I was able to log in earlier today). |
Same for me yesterday.
They seemed to be trying to upgrade the site, a few times I ended up in a page refresh loop, and the page layout was different (e.g. the menu was on the left hand side instead of the top). Back to normal today (old layout, login worked). |
