Received the 15,000 offer for $500 spend in Aug, Sept, Oct. Met the requirements in early Oct. Miles did not post in my Oct or Nov statements. I did have the $89 fee waived in Aug. Hoping miles will show up in Dec statement.

I'd expect them then. I had a June-July-August offer and they posted on the October statement.

You will see the miles in DEC. It is always on the 2nd billing cycle AFTER you finished the promotion.

Same offer and pattern here. Met the spend requirement on October 2nd. Statements cut on Oct 24 and Nov 23, no bonus. Hopefully it will post in December, like Happy suggests.

Got the e-mail last week for 15,000 miles for $500 in DEC/JAN/FEB. Anniversary is in DEC, so 25,000 for $89 is a great deal.
As far as spending patterns, I used the card to get the signup bonus then nothing. I got another one of these offers earlier in the year and used the card those 3 months, then nothing till now. It's back in my wallet!

I got the 15K offer earlier this year. I just got a new offer 5,000 bonus miles by spending $500 or more in new purchases with your card each calendar month in January, February and March. I guess they are cutting back on mileage offers for me.

I spent $830 during month 1.
$770 month 2.
$810 month 3.
During month 2, I returned a $50 item that I had purchased during month 1. Barclays are now telling me that this put me under $750 during month 2, and I am not eligible for bonus.
Is this the way it's supposed to work? I thought when a purchase is reversed, it would credit back to whenever the purchase was made (month 1 in my case).
Otherwise, I could buy $750 worth of stuff each month, with a 90 day return policy, and return it all after the promotion ended (month 4). It wouldn't make sense.

I got the spend $500 Dec/Jan/Feb get 15000 bonus miles promo.
Dec - spent $510
Jan - spent $650
Feb - spent $525, but refund of $53 from a Jan purchase. expected refund in Jan, but it posted late so now Feb is below $500
I talked to Barclays and the rep assured me that they only count purchases, but I doubt that because the T&C says, "You will earn 15,000 bonus miles after you charge $500 or more in net retail purchases (purchases that are not returned or rescinded) each calendar month..."
