These types of issues have to do with your local system and/or network (incl. your ISP's network). As for the use of the "(All Airlines)" option, the more data there is to transfer, the higher is the chance of the local system/network issues manifesting themselves...
Again, there have been no issues with the ITN system itself (or the Tool) in the recent past.

Important news for KVS Availability Tool users in light of major airline industry changes.
As you may already know, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has now announced that its new Resolution 0401.2bis has been approved and declared effective 31 April 2009. The Resolution in question is binding on all of the IATA member carriers, which include virtually all major airlines worldwide. The following is a short summary of the key changes:
All existing revenue management mechanisms will be phased-out. Airlines will be permitted to file a total of no more than 4 fares per route (one for each cabin). Seasonality restrictions, advance purchase rules, as well as minimum/maximum stay requirements will no longer apply.
Current Fare Displays:
New simplified Fare Displays effective 31 April 2009:
Multiple booking classes will be eliminated, and availability displays will, likewise, reflect the simplified availability:
