Don't know about using the app, I was using the Manage Reservation section on the website. There should be a section called Meals with the option to select/change.

I had the lobster from SIN-LHR yesterday, very poor compared to when I've had it in the past.

Wasn't BTC but I had their grilled fillet mignon on the way to HKG and it was absolutely amazing. From HKG to SFO I had the rack of lamb with gnocchi and a pea mash and it sucked.

Going to fly SQ J again, this time SIN-MEL (I'm usually on OW). So it seems that the lobster is nowhere near as good as what it used to be? Is there something else I should try? It's been a long time since I was on SQ (and probably going to be a while before I'm on it again.

Sorry if it has been answered before. I have a ticket on F in november from SIN to CGK on SQ. Do they have BTC on this route? When I log in I get the message that online booking of food is not available. Is this because of the short flying time?

if I booked BTC..but inflight menu looks better ... is it possible to swap during flight for inflight menu ?
