Had good experience for use: used one at the bar, closed out. Used a second one for dinner.

I tried to enter the code and it didn't work. Granted a $25 cert for $10 isn't bad, well since you have to spent $35 a $35 cert for $20 is still ok. but for $3 is a steal. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

SUPER worked great for me,, I picked 5 $25 certs for $20.

This was the first time I'd used them - the process was slightly confusing. You order the gift certs, and see them listed. Then to redeem one it looks like you are printing a cert but it actually has directions to go to another restaurant.com site where you enter the info. This site looks like you are buying yet another cert but apparently it just generates the actual property cert that is to be used. I presume this is what is happening. They could make it a little more certain for 1st timers by telling you you aren't actually buying the cert again.

So the gift cert # is just a link to generate the actual cert, which has its own #.

I guess.

I was receiving emails from restaurant.com for a while, informing me of discount codes. I haven't gotten an email in a long time. I don't know what happened. Anyway, if there is a new discount code for February, I'd appreciate it.

They don't usually come out this early in the month. They are often seen mid-late month when some of the better, more popular, or favorite restaurants are out of coupons. Used to be www.couponcabin.com had 40% anytime, now it's just 10%.

Not to spoil your exploits, but I have only had one experience with them. I bought the GC, went to the restaurant, the restaurant said that they had stopped accepting these GCs 6 months ago!

Maybe - it was a fluke. I have not tried them since that.
