Thanks so much for this great offer.
I donated to the Nepal Region Earthquake Fund via Red Cross Canada. Just a reminder to fellow Canadians that the Canadian Government is matching all Canadian donations to this fund through May 25.

Since Guy Betsy has been doing ETAs I have just continued putting $$ into the charity boxes at the restaurants here in Doha and in the UAE. The Muslims have charity boxes for the poor (yes there are poor people here) locals and workers who are not getting appropriate wages.
Similarly, on my next (July-August) bicycle trip in Australia (Perth and eastward), the pubs have donation boxes for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. A life-or-death service that works basically through donations. I figure if I can afford a beer I can donate at least $5 to the RFDS. I stop along the way (every day or so) - for a beer and RFDS donation.
Way to go with that ETA service GB!

Thanks for helping us out!
My wife and I are both ASL interpreters, and I have a hobby job as a PADI scuba instructor. We hosted a free discover scuba diving day for our local Deaf and Deaf blind community. We had a great turn out, and everyone had a blast. None of them had ever tried scuba before!

Just donated $20 to this cause, which Guy mentioned: "In light of the horrible situation in China regarding the Dog eating festival, may I suggest a donation be sent to this foundation : - http://www.totalgiving.co.uk/appeal/yulin2015."
As a dog lover, I think what this woman is doing is just wonderful! My husband and I have also donated several hundred dollars to various dog rescue organizations this year and will continue to donate much more!

I unfortunately waited till the last minute like I usually do to apply for my visa. I really appreciated the quick turnaround time so I am going to give a US$60 donation to the Anti Dog Eating charity for the 2 ETA's I had processed.
