i went to the unveiling of the product today, and while they want to do a lot of things, I can't find much unique with their approach, at least how they are portraying it on paper. I hope the execution is better than the words however.

A2A's report was online before I had left the airport terminal !
He's amazing at churning out reports though.

Where did you get the notion that 9W and AI have IFE on their domestic flights, deovrat?
Looks like a new A320 with recaro seating in Y and C. I seriously doubt any Indian will pay extra to get more space to sit in. The catering is nearly identical to AI and 9W.

I too doubt if Indians will pay 100% premium for prem. economy. Maybe 25%.
Its a good choice for managers who are not allowed to travel business as per travel policies, but at 36 seats its a huge cabin to be filled. Also, 16 business. In total, they want to sell 52 premium seats at at least 100% premium. I personally doubt if they're going to be successful at that.

Catering is much different in terms of the service, and yes, someone finally moved away from the standard meal options such as dal rice and parantha to something different. the meal service in a box is also new for full service carrier in India. It is a step ahead from 9W, who in economy have cut down on salads altogether.
