Based upon requests, this is now a wiki - please feel free to edit - but please only post the suite that you are confirmed into and not what you ultimately get (eg PH Vendome books into Park Suite but many ultimately get a Park Executive Suite). I'll start with that one for formatting example - I will try to do refinements to this when I have some time later.

To check the room type you booked into, you may use Hyatt E-Concierge:

I can't make multiple reservations either since the rate goes up significantly. We are considering staying elsewhere because of the ridiculous restrictions for stays in both February & March. I know this wasn't the intention, but the implementation is terrible.
I wanted to report back with Hyatt going above and beyond. I called the Gold Passport desk, and the agent transferred me to a supervisor without me requesting one. I only asked how someone who re-qualified as Diamond was supposed to upgrade on stays that overlapped both the new and old programs. The supervisor said he couldn't confirm the upgrade, but could call the hotel and see if they would make an exception. I waited on hold for a few minutes before hearing that an exception had been granted, and I was confirmed for the suite. It was more difficult than it should have been, but Hyatt has continued to treat me well, and I give them credit for finding a way to honor the suite upgrade.

I tried to apply a DSU to a Grand Hyatt Tokyo reservation for a stay in May. The reservationist told me that the Grand Executive Suite was available, and called the hotel. After a long hold, she told me that the GHT has changed their policy, and you can now only use the certificate for a Grand Suite. Of course, it wasnt available our datesfrustrating!

Wow, that's a major loss!

We love GHT and it was very nice that you could upgrade to a suite with two beds (Grand Exec. Twin). It's disappointing to see hotels change their policies because, in theory, there will be less top-level members

Can confirm this. Probably a net plus for Courtesy Card because this means fewer of the Executive suites will be occupied. The previous policy was quite generous.

The Globalist desk informed me today that PH Chicago now confirms upgrades into the Park Suite, a change from the Grand Executive Suite and return to what DSUs were until two years ago. I imagine this is to align confirmed upgrades with those assigned ad hoc upon check in.

Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki

TSU gets you into a Deluxe King Room. My preference is for a Twin room, however that's not the official TSU room, but my request has been noted.

I asked back, if it should not be a Regency Suite King, and the answer was no.
I checked the descriptions of the Suite and the Deluxe King, they are both the same size and seem to have the same amenities, too.

Will report back, what room I actually will get (May/June)

1. Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki
2. Deluxe King Room https://thessaloniki.regency.hyatt.c...ms/deluxe.html
3. 80 sqm (about 800 sqf)
4. TBA # of Bedrooms (Studio/Jr/1/2) and # of Bathrooms (1/1.5/2)
5. TBA (Were you happy with the upgrade? What grade would you give it (A/B/C/D/F))
6. TBA Any other info (location/view/relative price vs normal rooms/etc) and pics if you want

HR Jersey City

TSU (per twitter) goes into Hudson River or Ellis/Bridal (apparently the name changed but they haven't updated the website yet). Seems like a really good way to get a lot of space near NYC.
