After a long hold, she told me that the GHT has changed their policy, and you can now only use the certificate for a “Grand Suite”. Of course, it wasn’t available our dates…frustrating!
Wow, that's a major loss!
We love GHT and it was very nice that you could upgrade to a suite with two beds (Grand Exec. Twin). It's disappointing to see hotels change their policies because, in theory, there will be less top-level members
