Paraphrasing:
( February 10, 2010 14:48:56 )
PassportNews learned through sources related to the Indian company that Air India intends to fly directly between Mumbai and Tel Aviv beginning October 2010.
The Indians are currently working on plans to enable starting the flights between the two countries at the earliest possibility.
It was also learned that Open Sky, headed by CEO Ephraim Fortis, will continue to represent Air India in Israel, as it has for the past 22 years. The Indians, as can be recalled, have reorganized worldwide, including reevaluating their various representatives. After the completing their reassessment in Israel, they announced that Open Sky will continue to represent them in the coming years.

Thanks! I just read it the news article published. So AI will inaugurate new routes from BOM-TLV nonstop. I am not sure for which the equipment is that. I think it is 777 or A330 aircraft. Who will be next announced more new route from TLV-SIN/BKK/HKG on operating TG, SQ, CX.

I have added some info regarding LX capacity change. Please look at the list and answer what do you thing about that - should we list flights 254/255 on the good list as this is an increased capacity, or on the bad list as they have much worse business seats.

The only good thing is the flights going from an A320 to A330 as at least the A330 has a proper Business class product (even if it isn’t good) unlike the A320.
But then it remains to be seen how often LX do a last minute aircraft change and out an A320 on the route.

And while 4U has better hours for the CGN-TLV flight, AB has better hours for the TLV-CGN flight. So until 4U will not change their hours at TLV there is no way I will use their service for the TLV-CGN flight.
