Sky Club additional information

Most of the Atlanta clubs have the new departure screen displays. Notice the button located below the display that are used to advance the screen to the next set of departures. These buttons blend in well with the brushed metal background.

As Delta remodels the Atlanta Sky Clubs they are incorporating new art featuring aerial landscapes of the region.

You will also find this plaque located in the clubs with the new aerial landscape art.

Many thanks to Canarsie for helping me pull this guide together and his incredible photography of the clubs! Also, a big thank you to Wid for spending hour after hour on multiple days to escort us to each individual club and track down and answer questions. I also want to thank the Sky Club team both at Corporate and in the Clubs at the Atlanta Airport for their help and support. This was truly a collaborative project, and it is such a great team to work with!

In addition to this guide, you can also get some updates and information on the Delta Sky Club program by reviewing the So what's new with the Delta Sky Clubs?

Concourse T Sky Club

Concourse T Sky Club (T6 on map)
Hours of Operation: 5:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday.
5:30 am - 10:00 pm Tuesday - Friday.
6:00 am - 10:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.

The entrance is located on the second floor. A “Sky Club” sign marks the location of the elevator to the Sky Club from the T concourse that is located between Gates T6 and T7.

The elevator is the only way to access the club entrance as there are no stairs available to the entrance of this club. Upon exiting the elevator, turn left and you will see the entrance to the club.

Lobby area:

This is one of my favorite Sky Clubs at the Atlanta Worldport. It services only eight gates on Concourse T, yet it is very spacious with excellent views of Concourse T as well as Concourse A. I have never found this club to be overcrowded and there are a lot of places to sit in this club to either watch TV or view aircraft from this great vantage point. You can often spot 767-400s as well as the occasional 777 arriving and departing from the T-Gates. I have also notice the SkyTeam and Habitat for Humanity livery aircraft often parked at the T-Gates.

This club features a separate “workstation” area:

This is one of three Atlanta Sky Clubs that features conference rooms. There are two conference rooms available in this club.

A Center Point Sky Club

A Center Point Club (A CPT on map)
Hours of Operation: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The entrance is located on the second floor on the east side of the center point area just past the Chili’s restaurant.

You can take the escalator or elevator from the Concourse to the second floor entrance area.

Club Lobby:

This club has a single conference room.

This club is often a well hidden oasis from the hustle on busy Concourse A. The club is located on top of the east end of Concourse A — three floors above the ramp level — and as the club with the highest elevation, it has excellent views of the Atlanta Airport as well as the north end of the airport, including a glimpse of the downtown Atlanta skyline. My favorite spot in club is the northeast corner of the club with its unparalleled views.

A 17 Club

A17 Sky Club
Hours of Operation: 5:00 am – 11:00 pm Daily.

Note: If you have a 6:00 am flight, this is the club you will want to visit as it is the only Sky Club in the airport in Atlanta open before 6:00 am.

To view a virtual tour of this club, please click here.

The entrance is located directly across from Gate A18, and adjacent to Gate A17 on Concourse A.

This club was Delta’s original “Crown Room” Club in the Atlanta mid-field terminal which opened in 1980. This club has been expanded several times. A grand re-opening on August 10, 2011 ushered in this Sky Club after its most recent renovation was completed. As noted elsewhere, this Sky Club — with greater than 55,000 visits a month — is Delta’s busiest lounge system wide. Additionally, at almost 16,000 square feet, it is currently the largest Sky Club in Atlanta, and the second largest in the entire Sky Club System.

Click here for some information and pictures of the grand re-opening of the A17 Club on August 10, 2011

With the new layout of the club, the check-in desk is now located upstairs:

The ticketing desk, lower area, and bar remain the same, but with new furniture, paint, and artwork.

The wall which once separated the upper portion of this club from the lower portion of the club has been removed and the X support beams have been incorporated into the design of the remodeled club, giving it a more open look and feel.

The upper level of the club has undergone an extensive remodel. The workstation areas and walls have been removed and a snack area has been added. There is a workstation area and new “cyber bars” with plenty of power outlets.

Some of those cyber bars located along the windows the offer a great vantage point to watch the ramp activity while also utilizing your portable computer.

With the more open feel of the club, you can stand in the middle of the upper level and view out the windows on both the west and east sides of Concourse A.

There are also many new TV viewing areas in the club:

There are snack bar areas on both levels of the club:

This Sky Club is one of the smaller clubs in Atlanta and provides a lounge for customer flights that are departing and arriving out of the busy B “South” gates, including gates B1 through B18.

The check-in desk and the Sky Club agent desk are co-located in this club.

There is seating in the middle section of the club and along the wall:

Concourse C Sky Club (C37 on map)
Hours of Operation: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm Daily.

The entrance is located between gates C35 and C37 on the C Concourse.

The concourse level lobby area:

This Sky Club was the newest club in the Atlanta Worldport until the recent renovations of other Sky Clubs and the opening of the Concourse D Sky Club. When this Sky Club opened on April 26, 2006, it marked the first time that Delta had a Sky Club on Concourse C. This Sky Club has a unique arch wood ceiling and uses stone fairly extensively.
