Gino's East (the best deep dish pizza IMHO) has a branch on Higgins Road, just west of the O'Hare Marriott. There's also a branch of Harry Caray's in the Holiday Inn Select (next to the Sheraton Gateway, in the same general area as Nick's )

I'm bringing this back to the top to see if there's anything new you'd recommend. I'm looking for something on the high-end, steakhouse or Italian for a quiet business dinner within a 15 min. cab ride from ORD. Thanks!

i know this is not what you're specifically looking for... but it may spark some new replies...
try getting on 90 and go towards schaumburg. exit arlington heights rd... there are loads of japanese restaurants around there and i'm sure other types of cruisine as well...
for my money, i like kitakata right on the corner of arlington heights and golf.... there are loads of restaurants right around that corner.....

nick's fish market is overrated and overpriced for what you get. morton's is always good for steak lovers but can be found in other cities..
i used to go to carlucci's near o'hare for great italian, walter's in park ridge and la francaise (wheeling i believe) for first class french. now it's been a few years since i've been to those eateries since i do not connect thru ord any longer (not flying ua anymore).. but those are (were?) some of the finest restaurants in the midwest.

Thanks everyone for the ideas. Le Francaise has long been a favorite but might be a little TOO nice for this client Morton's is always reliable and and excellent idea. Thanks!

Another place that's kind of a novelty...the restaurant at the top of the Hyatt O'Hare (NOT Rosemont).
It's one of those 360 degree moving floors and, on a clear day, gets a great view of the Chicago skyline.
Food is pan-Asian/Asian contemporary...
