40% bonus on transfer of MR (USA) to BA thru 9/27/2012
Per View from the Wing, AMEX MR has a 40% bonus on transfer of points to British Airways thru 9/27. (Per comments the BA website is glitchy so may not be calculating the bonus, will probably work later today.)

The offer does not (yet) appear on membershiprewards.com . This may indicate that the offer is targeted to a specific class of cardholder, or the offer may be administered on the BA side, or American Express may simply be slow in updating the site due to our unpleasant weather. In any event I would not transfer until you have something in writing from BA or American Express (USA).

The blog discussion is in the context of the USA program.

I see it if I open membershiprewards.com in a Chrome incognito window, but not in a standard tab.

I am also able to see it with Internet Explorer 8, whether logged in or not. There is not yet a "Special Offer" banner as there is for the Virgin America offer. Just click through on the British Airways icon and it shows 1400 Avois = 1000 Membership Rewards.
Your physical location should not matter, but the card account needs to be issued in the USA.

Okay, doing that lets me see it, but not initiate a transfer. When I try to do the transfer, it asks for my login info and then tells me the offer has expired.
Perhaps it's just not fully enabled yet. Anyone successfully done this yet?
