Date of flight 3-3-2015
Class of service. F
Length of flight 2.5 hours
SEA to LAX
10 am flight
Pre departure drink none (bottle of water handed out after take off)
Snack offered. FA described it as fruit and cheese but, not like one in Y.
Actual plate was 2 slices of cheese, 3 crackers and 10 raw almonds. Not at all the fresh fruit and cheese received in F in December.
FA later told me that he was embarrassed when he saw what was loaded.
Y had hot meals and snacks available for purchase. Our FA went to back and got a hot meal for me after Y meal service was over.
My husband ate my cheese plate as his was not enough to hold him to LA.
Also, NO POWER at seats or inflight entertainment on flight. (so much for last month of free trial)
My two cents.

3/4 PHX-SEA 8a departure: some egg and sausage breakfast thing. I passed, like usual.
3/4 SEA-PHX 8p departure: cookie time.

3/9 SEA-PHX 305p departure: wedge salad with chicken, bacon, blue cheese and a slice of garlic bread. Looked tasty--I had a filling lunch so I passed, but I'd definitely try this lunch.

Date the flight was taken: 3/4/15
Route flown: SEA-SFO
Class of service: F
Length of flight: 2:00
Departure time: 11:55am
Meal served: Quinoa salad
A brief description of the meal: Quinoa salad with bread and fruit

Mixed greens with quinoa, grapefruit, walnuts, and feta cheese, served with a buttered slice of bread. The bread was buttered all around, including on the crust, meaning I ended up eating it with a knife and fork rather than being able to pick it up normally. (Perhaps this was an intentional component of the dish...? It seemed odd to me.)

Especially with the bread, the meal was pretty filling for a flight of this length, and I really liked the salad.

No PDB was offered, despite quick and efficient boarding. However, the crew was very friendly and attendant otherwise.

Route: IAD-SEA
Class of service: F
Length of flight: 5:22
Meal type: Dinner - 6:20pm departure
Meal:
> Salad: arugula, pear, blue cheese, and walnuts with creamy balsamic dressing -- very tasty, but twice as much dressing as needed for the size of the salad; dressing was also very tart
> Entree choices: parmesan cod with scalloped potatoes and swiss chard, or tortellini with sausage with arugula and cheese on top ... My wife had the tortellini -- good, but too much arugula for one meal, considering the salad; I had the cod -- no complaints
>. Dessert: warm apple pie

the white wine was decidedly ordinary, but the Hedge Clipper craft gin was remarkably good

3/15 AS 812 OGG-SJC
1:50PM Departure; Duration approx 4:30; First class
Predeparture bev service - POG mimosas + bottled water at everybody's seat at boarding
Meal: Dinner

By the time she got to me at 4A, she was out of the pork dish, but I wanted the Thai chicken anyway, which, with the sweet and spicy chili sauce was pretty good. veggies were crisp but bland, rice was ok. Bread pudding was ok, served separately after the trays were removed.

Nice flight, excellent service, outstanding captain (Captain Wright, addressed the pax from the front of the cabin pre-flight), decent food.
