So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.
Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.
It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.

June 19 YYC - YYZ Flex fare B767-300 $464 upgrade to J, declined
June 21 YYZ - YEG Flex fare A321 $595 upgrade to J, declined, took off with 2 empty seats in J, YYZ gate agent said the cabin was full when I inquired about upgrade during boarding.

June 19 YUL-LGA AC7632 Tango (S) E175, 95$ to upgrade to J. Declined.
June 22 LGA-YUL AC7643 Tango (V) E175, 80$ USD to upgrade to J. Declined.
It's the lowest I have seen for that route. It is usually between 150-200 $. But even at that low price I can't really justify paying that amount for an hour in the air.
Flight on the 19th was pretty full. Today's flight I don't know.

Checked in around t-22, and received an offer from Premium Economy to Business for $880 + taxes. Not unreasonable at all, but I'm perfectly happy in PY.
EDIT: got a most unexpected op-up! I'm guessing that economy ended up being oversold on the day of.
I was also in danger of missing AC11 as AC103 original plane was swapped due to a windshield being unable to de-ice, according to EF.
Seeing no plane at D41 at boarding time, I ran over to where AC183 was boarding, and they took some of 103's J passengers.
