One of the ladies is a cleaner at the centre and gave me a run down on the lady depicted in the mural. I absolutely love the hawker aunties and uncles that keep everyone's bellies filled. Some are suitably cranky and need to keep the lines moving efficiently, including someone who hadn't even decided what they wanted by the time they reached the front of the line. They were summarily marched out of the line until they worked out what they wanted.
