While the screenshot is more recent (for the purposes of my more recent comms with AA Refunds) I felt a sense of vindication that I would not have made my 1115 HST connection as QF103D landed at 1033 HST. However, the next battlefront loomed - the AA Refunds process. I followed the website instructions and submitted a request. September followed and a solitary email confirmed that they had made contact with Qantas and awaiting a response.
