It was also 2000 and boarding hadn't been called, so I decided it was time to book my flight to SYD. The lounge angel walked me landside and I went to the QF sales desk again. The lady added in a heap of notes to my itinerary for AA to process a refund, and directed me to the T bus to go to Domestic.
