Buying tix on 3rd party site

I am a CP and have always (in post travel agency days) bought tix directly from USAir.com. I see third party sites such as orbitz offering US air tix for less than USAir.com.

Do upgrades work the same way?
Do any of you do this?

I don't know why US wouldnt have best prices.

Thx for help.

Yes and Yes... as long as your DM# is in the reservation correctly you should have no problem. You can book at another site and go on usairways.com to check your trip reservation using the US conf. code. It won't appear in "my itineraries".

There was a LONG thread about how US now has a fuel surcharge they're only charging at their website. You can search for it and read all about it.

As long as you have your Dividend Miles number in your reservation, you will have no problem with sites like Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, or Travelocity's regular bookings.
