There is no way to know if she had any malicious intent or not. We can guess based on prior experience, but you can't know for sure. It is not like criminals were criminals since birth, they lived as perfect law abiding citizens until they committed their first crime. Someone might carry concealed weapon for decades until one day decides to use it and kill innocent bystander and become a murderer.
