Totaling my travels this year...

BIS miles on HP/US: 26,681 in 26 segments - 1,026 miles average per segment. Yeah, I do a *lot* of transcons, and that's even skewed by a bundle of short segments... PHL-ELM, BTV-PHL, PHL-BWI. 35,212 RDMs. I live in San Francisco and most of my work is in the Midwest and Southeast. Do the math

19,619 BIS miles on AA (before I switched to HP/US) in 19 segments, for a 1,032 miles-per-segment average.

10,946 miles on NWA... in two segments. SFO-AMS-SFO

Well, counting my flight PHL-JAX today....

Going to end the year with 56617 Preferred Miles and 85 segments, making an average of 666.0823 miles per segment.

Guess that works out averaging all these 740 mile JAX-PHL and 500 mile JAX-CLT flights.

Well, 28644 miles on 20 segments for me on US. Im still not sure how I ended up qualifying for silver.

Just went to 100,469 EQM on 59 segments on UA which included some bonuses. Still about 3000 or 4000 miles to post there.

Dont have my final AA numbers yet but it is going to be about 54000 Q-points on about 29 segments. My wife is going to have a very high points to miles ratio. She is going to be at 29000+ Q-points on AA for 5 segments. Ive never done that well on any carrier. It was one RTW ticket in business for her (JFK-LHR;LHR-Madras;CMB-BKK; SGN-HKG and HKG-JFK).

Klaus got me beat

Year to Date Preferred Miles: 46,224
Year to Date Preferred Segments: 25

1848.96 per segment

Then again, all of this was before May 15. The only travel I had after 5/15 was my SFO trip in August that was on a 50K premium award.

YTD on US: 29,908 on 40 segments, for average of 747.7 miles/segment.

Constant RDU/CLT, CLT/ILM, CLT/ATL, and CLT/NOWhere segments/travel have me whipped into the court of Pain.

I started the year on 1/1/05 with LH FC award then it all went downhill fast. The FC terminal in FRA is VERY nice.

US figures:
YTD miles: 19,000
YTD Segments: 14
Upgrade percentage : 100% - 3rd straight year.

Other carriers: 0

Hopefully they will give me a XMAS present and not drop me all the way to a US4(5).

47109 on 29 segments, but that's basically all before June. I should have noticed this more and flown another trip recently to get the last 3k. Oh well, CP to SP in a few months..
