I had a grand total of 8 hits, one of which was a $1 restaurant.com certificate, and got credit no problem last week.

Email to customer service seems to get missing miles posted pretty quickly. Just did it with two accounts. Initially, one account posted as 0 miles, the other never showed up.

WOOT!

Noticed a slight uptick in my miles and for the life of me couldn't figure out where they came from, them realized miles were posted by activity date, not the posted date!

The running tally maintained in http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/s-p-m...s-coupons.html is the best source of info on these discount codes. Read the last page or two and it will answer the questions above.

(Should I even bother to point out that this information is in post #1 of Other Partners, in the Thanks Again summary?)

I've needed to contact CS for each of the accounts I manage. Shortly after being contacted the TA accounts show activity which is not too long in being listed on the US site.

It's annoying to be required to go through these hoops but at least their CS is competent.

Same experience here. If you email them, they request that you forward your receipt to them and then it gets posted within a day or two.
