I'm finishing one pnr den-elp. I want to vdb. The other pnr starts elp-den the next day and I'm spening a day in den before going on to ord.
Since its skywest they are not sure how to do it. How can I make it so they can cancel the elp-den and keep the rest

Give them the second PNR and tell them to delete the segment.
If they don't know how to do it, have them note the PNR and ask phone res to do it.

Ill have them note it (any particular way). Any place in DEN where to go where they could fix it? CS desk?
They built me a new PNR but didn't ticket it and left the old one as is.

If they built a new PNR but couldn't ticket, I'd just call it a night. They should be able to ticket at check-in, assuming you're actually confirmed on the flight. I've done that at a hub in the past.

june 7th
den-iah-ord
i had em add in the pnr pax vdb'd with no possibility to take elp-den. please delete seg no charge confirmed with sup rep name xxxxx
The 1k i just talked to said all is fine and that part will cancel itself out and there should be no issues (which im a bit skeptical of). I think all the good agents are asleep

Am I forgetting anything? I think I got it all ok where I won't get screwed at the end

Yeah..july.
I just did lhr-sfo-den with like 3hrs of sleep. I'm suprised my brain is functioning when it comes to ft and ff stuff.
At least I got a $300 and hotel and meal voucher and I got what I wanted with skipping out on the elp flights

Thanks all.
I called up 1k today and they took care of it. Not only that but I got a partial refund for the segment I'm not taking
Lifes good

Perhaps that's the reason they can't fix it!
