Hmmm - just got this, too.

I wonder if the new menu will become the options in C or F, as well . . .

Wow! And (one) better beer, too! I wonder if they'll take chits if you're sitting in Y, for the more premium booze.

It's interesting that the email we got was somewhat different (unless you were just paraphrasing). And when will they start stocking tequila?

Certainly better than what they've been serving. I hope it's available in C/F as well.

This appears to actually be a postive "enhancement".

Woohoo! So is it safe to assume complimentary Glenlivet and Makers Mark in domestic F and C?

Includes prices and now a la carte items like chips.

$9 for meals

I'm flying SFO-ORD with the family in Y later this week.

Not sure I'd spend $8 for a Modelo, but will definitely try the lunch offerings and report back.

The sandwiches/salads will probably stay at 9$.

I don't see anything really new here.

It looks to be the same meals, only with some PR and Marketing.

Very VERY disappointed to see that there's not a single vegetarian lunch/dinner option

The pdf linked to after the link above has them all. Having just closed it, I am not sure. There was at least one meal on there at $9.. I think premium drinks were $6.

The way the subject of my email was worded, I was confused.
"Exciting news regarding your flight"
Well, I DO have east-coast to SFO flights coming up rather soon. But out of BOS...

Well, perhaps they will be of different food quality than the current fresh items. We'll have to wait until someone actually tries them to find out.

Ha - I thought it was concerning my MR this past weekend - that maybe I was awarded 20,000 bonus miles or something .

Wow, a positive change. ^^

I wonder if they're handing out menus on the specific flights? I assume they'll include all this new information for the June Hemispheres.

Yay for Makers Mark. This sure beats the snackboxes for only slightly more money.
