E-mail addresses

I see that people have had good luck with e-mails to UAL. What are the addresses? Are there special addresses for Premier members?

Personally, I have had NO sucsess with the emails.

There are no special e-Mails for Premier memebers, although there should be!!!

Go to www.ual.com and in the top right corner, clikc "Contact Us", or "Contact" or something. Take it from there.

I have no clue why these otehr people are asking for your email...

PS - If you know an employee (i.e. John Doe), its [email protected]

Hope this helps!

The UA email address is [email protected]. I have good success sending inquiries to it; I usually get a response within 24 hours.

I normally go to the UA web site and select 'Contact UA' and you have several selections to who you want to contact.

The last two times I sent them an e-mail, I got a reponse back within 48 hours and it was not a form letter but an individual e-mail from a specific person and I was happy with the results.

I send all of my questions and comments to [email protected]. Her name is Heather and she's usually pretty helpful.

Ditto on moondog's reply. Heather has been very helpful to me. One case during the summer from he** resulted in a $350 travel voucher.

I have to add my thanks to you guys for giving me Heather's email--I sent a letter of praise to single out 3 outstanding employees. I received a personal reply within 12 hours and a gift besides.

I am totally impressed with UA!!!

I've had zero success with emails to UAL. I've had zero success with calls to UAL. I've had zero success with letters to UAL.

Yet I keep coming back for more and more and more. I'm worried about this pattern I've fallen into!

Heather at United rocks! She answered within 24 hours and I indeed got the miles I was looking for despite the fact that E-trade was the problem. Thanks for the hookup guys!

Agreed!

I looked back at my old email from UA. I've had decent replies from [email protected] (for various values of NN), but by far the best service I've ever had was indeed from Heather, [email protected].

The thing that sets her apart is that while others pass you off to someone else (who may well never bother to reply), Heather actually goes and finds the answers.

Now, we just have to hope she doesn't get overworked by FlyerTalkers!

I, too, have now used the email address given above for Heather - although, oddly, got a response from [email protected] and a lady named Gwen. Regardless, the action was just as stellar as those credited to Heather.

I've had three partner flights not credited, and two flights incorrectly credited in a lower class of service. Gwen sent me her full name and fax number, asking for ticket receipts. I sent the documentation yesterday; this morning, all was posted correctly. Cheers for Gwen!!

Now, if I can just get Hilton to give me the double UA credit for my January/February stays!

I have never once failed to get a personal response from UA in under 24 hours. Don't know what you are doing wrong dingo, but they are very good usually.
