I, too, have now used the email address given above for Heather - although, oddly, got a response from
[email protected] and a lady named Gwen. Regardless, the action was just as stellar as those credited to Heather.
I've had three partner flights not credited, and two flights incorrectly credited in a lower class of service. Gwen sent me her full name and fax number, asking for ticket receipts. I sent the documentation yesterday; this morning, all was posted correctly. Cheers for Gwen!!
Now, if I can just get Hilton to give me the double UA credit for my January/February stays!
