I just went to the new (relatively) and nifty (completely) online MP statements for this:
A. 1K (since 1993)
B. LAX home airport
C. 49 UA flights (plus 11 commuter UX)
D. 48 upgraded (40 in advance)
E. 8 waitlisted, but received
F. The automated system has improved it.

B. BUF (But I never request upgrades out of BUF, too short a flight and thus a waste of upgrades.)
C. 8
D. 4
E. 2
F. Last year, as a Premier, I got two "free" upgrades, one of them on a ORD-NRT leg. This year, I have had no such luck...
