Booking In Process - Error
Just booking tix for Mrs. Milepig and her friend. At the very last step, I got:
United Airlines
ERR NO: ENG-AM-027
Booking In Process
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your reservation is being processed. Please stand by for verification.
I've seen "standing by" for 20 minutes with my browser showing nothing but a static screen - now what?

Time to call united web support.
If nothing has happened in 20 minutes, nothing is going to happen.
Or you can just close your browser, open a newun and start all over again.

United Airlines
We Can't Price/Book This Itinerary
We had trouble pricing or completing your reservation for the following reason:
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot give a confirmation number(s) at this time. However, your reservation may have been completed. Clicking the Purchase button again may create a duplicate reservation. Please contact your travel services provider.
Please try double checking all your information, and/or rebuilding your itinerary. If you continue to have problems, please let us know.
Thanks!
Back
I like the "call your travel services provider". I was using UNITED.COM - they ARE my travel services provider. Idiots!
