I have to close down whatever browser I'm in, reopen, go to the bomb and click on "mileage summary" which forces you to log in, before shopping for flights. I swear, the .bomb is crashing on me at least 3 times per day.

Or select Mileage Plus -> Mileage Summary and it takes you to the login screen. ^

Try managing multiple MP accounts and you'll see lots of similar problems. Sometimes no login, sometimes no logout, stale data on some pages, ...

oh, I thought it was an "unsupported browser" issue -- what the less charitable call Mac discrimination.

It's scary, but the new site actually works far better than the old one for Mac and Firefox.

Frightening! It does do better than the old in Firefox. Features are also improved

aplogies for not going thru all the pages but.....how about it just $ucks.

55 minutes to olci for flyertalk-one . it just hung and hung and could not display and could not display but "mah-nish-ta-nah" (and for those of you not familiar with the "4 questions" from passover....it begins with "mah-nish-ta-nah" which is the start of "why should this night be different from any other night" )

here's a complaint

It's not even up!

Entire site gone right now. Anyone try pinging or tracert? Seems to bomb somewhere at a 35 cent server. Has it occured to anyone to locate the server a few steps closer to the backbone or, per chance, actually use a reliable webhost (apologies for the obvious, but it seems so bloody silly).

Did something just go blonkers with the website (10:05 am PST)? I was in the middle of trying to ticket a held reservation, and the site just crashed. Can't get back into it at all right now.

I've been much happier with the new layout and functionality. NO timeouts or 404 errors so far. That said, I likely have jinxed myself into Page Not Found hell..
