Yes, that link seems to be gone. It took me a while to find it via the following:
> View my itineraries
> Upgrades
> E-upgrade summary
> View my itineraries
> Upgrades
> E-upgrade summary

Glad to know that I'm not losing my mind (yet). Its gone for me too.
Makes it a huge pain to try to plan trips and upgrades when you don't know when they expire.
Hoping its temporary

and if you don't have any current/active itineraries, you will get an "error page" but you can find it by using the drop down/mouse over menu from the "itineraries & check-in" tab on the bomb home page and select upgrades from the list

I am sure that this site doesn't not have the capacity....
....to list all the complaints being lodged by pxa from UA.
I bilieve that it will crash in a number of days.
The sheer volume should overload this single thread!

And the latest idiocy (re EasyUpdate)
From the EasyUpdate page:
United Airlines is improving the Easyupdate web site. To access your Easyupdate profile now, please modify your contact points to two or less for each Message (type/name).
I totally fail to see how reducing (limiting) the number of contact points to which a message is sent is any sort of improvement. In particular, if a flight is canceled, I want that message to go to as many contact points as I feel are necessary, not the number (i.e., 2) which United deems to be appropriate.

Another strange quirk to My Itineraries
Two weird things are happening:
I put an itin on hold yesterday and the site says it will be held until 11:59 EST, April 4. I go there today and it's gone. This has been happening the last week or so.
I put another itin on hold and went to purchase it today and the message is:
This itinerary was not booked on united.com, please return to your original booking source to modify or purchase this reservation.
Uh, united.com was the original booking source.
