The Frequently Asked Questions page is even more specific than "by" regrading posting of the Double EQMs:
Q Are the double Elite Qualifying Miles/Segments applied to the 2004 status? For example, if I accrued over 25,000 miles including double Elite Qualifying Miles in November, can I get Premier status for the remainder of 2004?
A No, only 2005 status. Elite qualifying miles/segments will be posted to your Mileage Plus account on December 31, 2004.

Question - Will it happen again? Double Elite Qualifying Miles 2005 for UAL
Any chatter on odds that UA will dust off the 'double EQM' offer again for Q4 in 2005?
