Plane type SFO-IAH

Hi. I am planing to take a trip from SFO to IAH. and in UA.com flight 854 is a 767 and it shows First, business and economy.
Does that mean this is a 3 class 767? The seat maps seems to be a 2 class aircraft.

Thanks in advance for the informaiton.
