Do I get anything for that? An extra pair of SWUs?

With the 2004 stuff out you'll get 2 more SWU's

Will do it again next march and the way things are looking, looks like I'll do it every year so I should always be at least 2P

UGS and 1K reconfirmed after 13 full-fare round-trips first class from IAD to LHR/CDG/FRA.

My plan,
is to have 124,040 on Dec 31, 2003 which includes all the double bonus that I will get from 0ct 15-dec 15 travel.
MAN, I hope I did my math right, cause I want to start the year with 25K startup miles.

I'm curious, how do you start 2004 with 25,000 startup miles ???

From the 1k website:

<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">

If you have a 2003 Elite Qualifying Mile balance from 115,000 to 124,999 on December 31, 2003:
You may carry forward 5,000 miles that count toward elite status for next years elite qualification.

If you have a 2003 Elite Qualifying Mile balance of 125,000 miles or more on December 31, 2003:
You can either select another Mileage Plus member to enjoy the benefits of Premier status for 2004, or carry forward 25,000 miles that count toward elite status for you. The choice is yours!

If your 2003 Elite Qualifying Mile balance is less than 115,000 miles and:
You have flown 115-129 segments in 2003, you may carry forward 5 segments that count toward next year's elite qualification; OR

You have flown 130 or more segments in 2003, you may either select another Mileage Plus member to enjoy the benefits of Premier status for 2004, or carry forward 30 segments that count toward elite status for you.

This exclusive opportunity ends December 31, 2003.

Requalified to 1k around April this year...

Currently with 202k miles. I guess it won't help for UGS qualification as my most expensive flights were in H and M class...

Oh well...

Gil.

High dollar segment flier:

Premier-3/17 30 segments
PremierEx-5/27 60 segments
1K 9/25 100 segments

Currently at 120 segments, pretty much a lock to carry over the 30 segments til next year, not that I'll need that either but don't really have anyone to give Premier to.

Well normally I make 1K by the end of July..... but this year I currently have 34K miles and 49 segments. So starting Dec the 4th I have 37K slated between then and the 13th of Dec under the EQM program for 1K lite status. Hey I made it the old fashioned way for 5 years straight !!! One day I want to be like Premex.
