Requalified for 14th(?) time. $84K spend on UA metal, 61 cpm. (92500 PQP, which is not a useful metric for GS qualification and will become even less so next year)

I’m in!

12th year. 70k+ pqp on UA metal excluding kickers and credit card. Whew!

Posted on other thread - status changed yesterday or today (checked today) - $77K UA metal spend have one more TA trip this year should end up around $81K. GS since Continental merger. 1.8MM

Have any new GS been invited yet? It seems like new GS invites haven't come out yet.

Usually January

Requaled today, roughly 60k in spend. Also got the COO card with the cards to give out to great crew members.

Never really sweated it, business travel is down still this year and all my tickets were in J.

From the data submitted by FT'ers regarding 2020 NEW invitation dates, none when out in December.

LHR based, i'm sitting at 32,000 PQP which is slightly higher than last year when I was re-invited with 28,000 PQP. I'm not expecting to be re-invited even though I've been GS for 7 years, because I've never really rebounded to pre-pandemic levels especially since moving from EWR to LHR in 2021 (though, I only buy long haul business class these days, so it's not that expensive to re-invite me).

Last year i didn't get re-invited until January and expect it will be the same if it happens. mystatus has the 1/12 message.

Got the check back in Jan note. Over 70k PQP net of the kicker. All UA metal. GS since 16. Over $5k of travel left through the year that I will now be giving to Alaska and Delta.

This is frankly shocking. I can’t imagine you’d miss the cut.

Requalified, EWR ~$64k, GS since UA/Con merger. Wasn't sure this year as retired in July and second half travel reflected that with less international. Congrats to those who re-uped

Here's the spreadsheet for this year, copied from the GS thread:

Blah blah blah..." message. Correspondingly, the earned GS digital Mileage Plus card has 1/2025 expiration, but the MM companion still has 1/2024. If I am remembering correctly, this has been the same scenario in previous years, and the MM companion doesn't get "invited" until later?

Just happened to look at my account and the message banner confirms my GS status again for 2024. No email or other notification at this point. 79657 PQP and 115 PQF.

So you are deciding that since UA has not requalified you in the early tranche, instead of hoping/expecting to be requaled in the January trance and continuing your UA flying, you are going to instead intentionally reduce your likelihood of requalification?
